Tenderwiz Subscription & Consulting Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, constitute a legally binding agreement between Tenderwiz LLP (“Tenderwiz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you (“User”, “Subscriber” or “Client”).
By accessing our website, platform, or availing any of our Services, you:
- Confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms
- Agree to be legally bound by them
- Acknowledge that this forms a valid and enforceable contract
Tenderwiz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services shall constitute acceptance of such updates.
- “Services”: Includes intellBULLETIN alerts, tenderMATRIX platform access, consulting and support services
- “Platform”: Refers to tenderMATRIX and associated digital tools
- “Subscriber/User”: Any individual or entity availing the Services
- “Subscription Term”: Duration of the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly or custom)
- “Website”: Official Tenderwiz website and digital interfaces
Tenderwiz agrees to:
- Provide curated tender alerts via intellBULLETIN
- Offer access to the tenderMATRIX platform
- Deliver consulting and bid support services (where applicable)
Service Disclaimer
All Services are:
- Provided on a best-effort basis
- Based on available internal and third-party data sources
- Informational and advisory in nature
Tenderwiz does not guarantee any business outcomes, including tender awards.
You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate and complete information at all times
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Be fully responsible for all activities under your account
- Use Services strictly for lawful business purposes
- Not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Tenderwiz content
Unauthorized use may result in suspension and legal action.
- Access to Services is granted only after successful payment confirmation
- Login credentials are strictly confidential and non-transferable
- Tenderwiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of:
- Misuse
- Unauthorized access
- Breach of Terms
6.1 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance through approved payment methods
- Subscription plans may be:
- One-time (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- Recurring (Monthly/ Quarterly; auto-renewal enabled)
6.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation requests must be sent to info@tenderwiz.in at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date
6.3 GST & Taxation
- All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise
- As per current status, Tenderwiz LLP is not registered under GST and therefore:
- GST is not applicable on subscription fees at present
- No GST invoice will be issued
- In the event of future GST registration:
- Applicable GST shall be charged additionally as per prevailing laws
- Tax invoices will be issued in compliance with GST regulations
6.4 Pricing Revisions
- Tenderwiz reserves the right to revise pricing, plans or billing structures
- Changes will apply from the next billing cycle
6.5 Payment Failures
- Tenderwiz shall not be responsible for failed transactions due to:
- Insufficient funds
- Expired payment methods
- Banking or gateway issues
7.1 General Policy
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once Services are activated
7.2 No Refund Scenarios
No refunds shall be provided for:
- Unused subscription periods
- Partial usage or non-usage
- Change in business requirements or preferences
7.3 Auto-Renewal Responsibility
- Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal
- Failure to cancel within the stipulated timeline will result in charges with no refund eligibility
7.4 Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be granted solely at Tenderwiz’s discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical errors
7.5 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Applicable deductions (gateway/bank charges) may apply
7.6 Service Interruptions
Temporary service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues shall not qualify for refunds
Tenderwiz does not warrant or guarantee:
- Accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information
- Continuous or uninterrupted access
- Suitability of Services for specific business needs
You acknowledge that:
- Use of Services is at your own risk and discretion
- Independent verification is recommended before decision-making
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites/services
- Tenderwiz shall not be responsible for:
- Content
- Policies
- Performance of such third parties
Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
Tenderwiz may use user data for:
- Service delivery
- Notifications and alerts
- Platform enhancement
Both parties agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
- All platform content, data, reports and software are the exclusive property of Tenderwiz
- Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license during the subscription period
- No ownership rights are transferred
- Consulting services are advisory in nature only
- Final responsibility for:
- Bid submission
- Compliance rests solely with the Subscriber
- Timelines and outcomes depend on timely cooperation from the user
Tenderwiz shall not be liable for:
- Business losses or missed opportunities
- Data inaccuracies from third-party sources
- Unauthorized access due to user negligence
Maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the subscription fee paid.
Tenderwiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for:
- Breach of Terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse or unauthorized access
Users may discontinue Services at any time; however:
- No refunds shall be applicable
You agree to receive communications from Tenderwiz via:
- Platform notifications
These may include:
- Alerts
- Service updates
- Billing and renewal notifications
Tenderwiz shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Technical failures
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Begusarai, Bihar
Tenderwiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
